Hi I need help I have to lose 2 stone , and need advice on diet and healthy recipes any help would most appreciated. I have already started going swimming and am trying to eat healthy , I need a game plan to stick too and a menu xx looking forward to hearing from you all. 👍😃 Barbara x

May I suggest that you look at the pinned posts section to the right of your screen? You'll find a welcome newbies thread, which has a link to the NHS 12 week plan, which many of us started our journeys with, or are still following.

There is a thread devoted entirely to recipes, that our administrator Lowcal very cleverly compiled.

There are a number of motivating challenges that you could join.

I would recommend the NHS 12 week plan as a great structure - you'll find a link to it in the Welcome Newbie pack, and also via the icon above (labelled 'Weight Loss NHS') - hope you have a great week, and I hope you might join in with our Monday group weigh-in session, if you fancy the idea of a weekly weigh-in.
