Hi everyone,
On the recommendation of a friend I made the Hairy Bikers chicken jalfrezi for dinner last night, it was delicious!! 279 calories for a portion, cooked from scratch, recipe available online so no need to buy the book (although there are several lush recipes in there).
We had it with cauliflower rice, which I dry roasted first and cooked with a tbsp of olive oil and chopped garlic.
Wanted to share as it didn't feel like a 'diet' meal at all
