Hi all, stayed the same this. I have reduced my calorie in take from 1400 to 1200 per day, and hope this will kick in the next few days.
Have a good week.

Hi Sunny-day,
It's beneficial to eat within the recommended range of calories given by the BMI NHS calculator (i.e. tailored for your own height, weight and activity levels) - so potentially reducing your calories may not help to kick start your weight loss - I realise you've not asked for advice here, but I thought I'd say that, as I wouldn't want you to struggle unnecessarily.
Have you seen our Welcome Newbie post, and also the Monday group weigh-in post? I recognise your name, so apologies if I've already given you these links, but I realise many of us have been talking about 'sunny days' today - so that could also have given me a sense of deja vu here.
Anyway, here are the links if you'd like to take a look, and I hope you'll join in with anything that takes your interest:

Hi all,
So today is officially my first day of starting the calorie control diet, week zero, I'm weighing in at 12 stones, fingers crossed for the next week. Good luck to the rest of you
