After a booze filled, biscuit munching month and now, tight jeans, feeling pumped for a 1.5 stone weight loss. My plan is to use the 5:2 diet plus healthy eating by avoiding sugar, gluten and alcohol. Bring on frugal February! Will join LowCal on the Monday weigh-in for further motivation. Good luck forum!!
