January over

OMG, one 12th of the year gone. When I see a new jogger I can no longer whisper in my husband's ear with a nod in the jogger's direction "New Year's Resolution" (aren't I wicked?). There are far fewer of them around. But we're still there and struggling on. Weight wise January was not a huge success for me, on the fitness front progress is being made. Didn't get the usual January blues - partly due to this website - and things can only get better as spring is in the air. So 2016 here we come!

Onwards and downwards!
