Hi everyone, my name is Natalia, I recently arrived in Liverpool, we moved from Italy with my husband and children. I gave birth 10 months ago and instead of losing weight I kept gaining much more. I need to get back to a healthy lifestyle and start exercising again. I hope I can find info and motivation in this community. After my 1st was born I managed to lose about 30 pounds and I was in a healthy weight but I gain way too much during and after my second pregnancy.

You need to plan for the life you and your little one want, not to mention your other child and husband.
You've lost weight before, so hopefully the old tricks will come back to you, distract from chocolate sugar as reward systems ( or booze), re portion your life, , find an activity calculator and find what you need for now calorie wise. X

Welcome Natalie. Time to get on a plan and start again. You will love feeling in control as the weight comes off. You will feel better and your body will thank you. I use myfitnesspal to monitor my calories. It's a free app and calculates for you. I also wear a Fitbit HR which really motivates me to move. Good luck. We are all behind you πππ
