Scale Problem

I dont no which scale to believe my scale or my doctor scale,I went to see my doctor on friday because i was so sick,when my doctor weigh me i was surprise he told me am 101kg that means in 9 weeks i hae lost 14kg i was happy,but when i reach home i got on my scale guess what i am 105kg lol.As any one been through that.

Try to stick with doctors...as they are usually right as eletronic scales tend to fluturate...but its a tough call...i would be focused on how well you acheived good weight loss...well done keep it upxx good luck

You are welcome you have acheived so much ...keep smiling and going for it...sometimes i keep off scales as it does bring you down so fast wen we are working so hard to get to our goals......and them dam scales go and spoil all our funxxxx

You obviously gained 4 kg on the journey home. 😏 So it's clear to any observer that you were inhaling calories .
