Had week off work and put on 5lbs!! :(

I cannot wait to get back to work and get into routine. Get into exercise and get into routine. Eat proper again. I have until the 30th to lose a dress size and I bloody will! I am keen for this. I am keen! 😱

Thank you both. It's so bloody hard when you're out of routine!! My goal is 1 dress size by end of January. Then another dress size by April and all in all 3.5 stone by December!
