Am still recovering from breaking my ankle 7 weeks ago but am going to get started (on Monday, after the last of the NY shenanigans) on a diet. I also really want to get started on a fitness plan, but it will need to be non weight bearing until I am cleared by the hospital. Any ideas? (Focus will be - obviously - legs, bum and tum!)

Oh no! Hope it feels better soon.
I know loads and all non weight bearing but would need hundreds of words to explain! They all came from legs bums and tums dvds. Do you have one? Just looked on Amazon and they have one for under £4 if not.

Sorry to hear about your ankle, that sounds horribly painful.
I don't know if you still have a cast, or a boot, but how about swimming for exercise?
