Great start. My 11 year old daughter is giving up sugar for January and I'm giving up the booze. Then we can hopefully carry on our good new habits. I'm shifting 20 kgs. Fingers crossed for 2016

Need to loose at least 20kg - my son cut out sugar and list 8kg with little effort. He only had 8kg to loose unlike me
Need to make this year count.
