Diet motivation
I am doing it on my own. A lot of people follow nhs 12 week plan which I prefer points but I have cut out sugar, dairy, yeast and eggs and red eat due to health issues plus I joined aerobics class and tons of walking. Join in Monday weigh in group here which is fabulous run by Lowcal.
Keep posting and everyone here is so supportive.

Hi. I don't belong to any club. The forum is very supportive. There are lots of lovely people here and help each other focus. Welcome.
I did join a gym after a few weeks. Some exercise does help.
I have done Weight Watchers twice and although it was ok, still don't feel groups are for me and I can't pay to get healthy. I use My Fitness Pal, a free calorie counting app and have lost 23 lbs with 21 to lose. Mi have also done Couch to 5k which is a plan for non runners taking you to being able to run for 30 minutes, and that is also free - I hate the gym and love the great outdoors. What are you thinking will help u?
