Merry christmas everybody. Hope yous are all having a fab day. I kind of lost my way a bit the last month or so. Havent posted and havent been very good diet wise. Never mind, going to enjoy the next couple of days and restart on Sunday. Havent been to the gym either the whole of December. Back there on Wednesday. Must get back to it!!!!!x

Merry Christmas. I too lost my way over the last two weeks but the eatathon is slowing down and I had a lovely time with my family. Big walk with the dogs today. Lots of delicious food around but it starts today! Good luck. It's hard to restrict eating at Xmas but we can do this now.
