First diet
Hello and welcome Hram, like you, this is my first diet and it's not as bad as you may think. I base my diet on the NHS 12 week plan and it's been really effective. Over the twelve weeks, my waist size went down somewhere in the region of 10" and yet I eat three meals a day

Good luck, hope you find it not too difficult. Find lots of healthy whole foods to eat and you should not feel hungry.
Try not to think of it as a diet. Diets are temporary and it's easy to put the weight back on when the diet stops - you want to eat well and look after yourself long term.

Hello. Welcome. Lots of friendly advice and support here from people who are trying to loose weight too. Well done on giving up the cigs. I never smoked but I know they are really hard to kick.
