I been shopping and I haven't bought any chocolate or crisps really pleased with myself, I bought fruit instead and been munching on that instead, I must buy some weighing scales so sorry missed the Monday weigh in

Try something that u do like, , instead if fruit if u not like, or when have dinner put extra veg on, so u feel fuller,
