Been through the C4L recipe finder made a shopping list using the shopping list icon in the app this prints off an easy to follow list to take shopping broken down into sections of where to find them in the supermarket so off we go to do our shop 😊

Sounds like a great plan, not that I do it, I just have the basic stuff in, and make stuff as I go along, what with life, I never plan that far away.

Being only me and dearest puss, I tend to cook two portions of something, and fridge or freeze the second half, then you have sort of ready meals to hand, tho I seem to have a few currently!

A base cupboard and freezer of stuff, you can make into lots of stuff, is great I think, rice/pasta, meat/fish and stuff, also I've got some steam pouches when I'm too lazy or tired to get fresh
