Don't over buy, write a list & stick to it... I find I spend less on shopping than ever before as I buy only what I need & don't fall for unhealthy 241 offers.. Might take a few shopping trips to work out what you need each week but once you've got into a pattern it will be a breeze!! Good Luck x

I'll second that. Cook only what you're going to eat and only buy what you're going to cook. Don't be tempted to finish the plate, put less on in the first place. With careful shopping around eating healthy is fairly cheap.

Where I am carrots are 75p/kilo apples £1.95/kilo and grapes £5/kilo. Expensive but compared to chocolate which is up to £40.00/kilo. mince pies £6/kilo

Ok, I know which I prefer . . . .

I just don't do hot dogs or burgers

Good luck

thanks for the tip

Definitely worth planning your meals and buying to a list. the only time I go off my list is if there is reduced price veg I can turn into soup.
