I have lost two stone since last April, and have now joined the Monday weigh in. I feel much better since losing the weight but I have another two stone to go.

Well done Pollyanna, that's a great achievement and you should feel very proud of yourself. You know you can lose 2 stone, as you've done it and are now feeling the benefits of losing it. Try breaking it down into half stone milestones, much less daunting than going for the whole stone. Good luck with the next phase!
