Hi all,

Because I wanted to break the, start diet on Monday give up on Wednesday, cycle I had got into I started to adopt my new healthy lifestyle on a Sunday so I weigh myself once a week on a Sunday morning. This week I have lost 1.5lbs. I am very happy with this, I only hope I can keep it going!
