Eating something once in a while isn't a bad thing. If you don't eat a certain thing every day, you'll just end up wanting it more. Try having a biscut once a week instead every day. It could be used as an award if you "don't snack" when you're not suppose to. Good idea??
Hi, try making you own biscuits. If you really need that sweet hit on an evening look for recipes for healthy biscuits, just a thought. I personally don't have a sweet tooth but I know the craving for crisps haha😆
Like your discipline /you hesitated at the biscuit jar, decided to write us all a letter instead. How about keeping a jar or plastic container of carrot sticks in the fridge when the munchies appear? Then allow yourself one day a week - the weekend say, to treat yourself to a biscuit or something even better. The others said it - it is a trade off.
I am afraid that if I were to make homemade biscuits, I would eat the dough and the baked product within the first two days. As I love bread (especially homemade), I had to give it up, except for rare occasions.
Also, do you write down the calorie total everyday in the weekly planning form this forum has on its site? That will help. How many calories in a biscuit? Can it wait until saturday or sunday when you allow yourself a little more? Reward yourself on the weekends, with something a bit luxurious as well.
