There is a SEA of treats. I'm talking cakes, biscuits, crisps and my favourite...rocky road! My will power has never been so tested.
Help!

Ha - either do the noble thing and not partake - or have a healthy snack - so you are not starving - and have half of what would be your favorite thing on the table. Or my other very weak willed strategy - is to have what i want with in reason - and then have a salad dinner to minimise the damage!!
If all goes to pot - get back on the bus tomorrow
Hi Rawhide,
Hey, isn't that all the sort of stuff that the those other people eat, not you?
Just think of it as you being and ex-cakie, or ex-biscuiter.
Or if you really must, chose the smallest and lowest calorie thing and get someone to go halves with you on it.
(Or do what my other half does and smile politely, wish the leaver well, take the cake / chocolate or whatever, say she'll have it later and later on give it away to someone else!)
Good luck with learning how to be an ex-overweight person.
Haha! Thanks, I like that. I'm an 'ex cakie'! And this is like a CA meeting (cakes anonymous)
Hi, try having a healthy but filling snack.
Walk past the people eating these junk foods with your head high!
Good luck!

It does work for some people, downside is that your colleagues might have you sectioned if you do this in the office.
