Just cut down a little each day - may be eat more fruit instead of just chocolate - you will lose in time - I was on anti depressants for a while and put on weight with them too - good luck

I was told if you crave sugar! try honey in hot water with lime or lemon fresh as a drink with a spoon of brown sugar. also try honey on toast or anything else for that matter. good luck.
Hi artist, I have been on antidepressants for a while now, I've cut down to 1. I didn't know you could gain weight on them..
I have been eating fruit as my snack's in the evening I crave chocolate or something sweet so need something to take away cravings . Thank you for your advice.
