It must be very busy on here, I can't seem to post on threads ... Well done everyone in the Monday weigh in ... I have maintained this week, but as it's that TOM I'm not worried!!
I am loving the gym and also swam 1/2 a mile on Friday, I feel so much more positive and up for the challenge 👏🏻👏🏻

Well done on maintaining at TOM, it can be a huge problem I know. A lot of us have been struggling to post over the last few days.

Thanks Dave! Been for a check-up with my diabetic consultant today and got a gold star!!! My bloods had been all out of kilter when I completed the 12 week weight loss plan originally, but 3 months down the line they've sorted themselves back out 🎉🎉
