I am on week 4 and can't believe it! Where has the time gone?! So far I have lost 6lbs which I feel over the moon about and I'm going to treat myself to a trip to the hairdressers to be pampered.
I lost focus a bit at the end of week 3 so I need to fix that this week and hopefully get my 2lb loss on Sunday. I am also doing C25K and I'm on week 3 of that. I'm getting more nervous as the running time gets longer, I just need to believe in myself!
