I want to try and lose weight and figured a better place to start would be with the food I eat. I love crappy food because it tastes good, obviously, but I know it's no good for me and does leave me sluggish etc...
I need ideas for healthier food options that aren't going to be time consuming to create or too expensive. I have no issue eating certain healthier foods, I just lack creativity in how to incorporate them.
