So I got weighed last night and lost 1.5lbs, a total of 5.5lb in 2 weeks. Was initially a tad disappointed as thought it may have been more but on reflection I have eaten loads and had a couple of glasses of wine at the weekend so really can't complain!
A new slimming week starts today and I am feeling positive for a similar loss next week, going to try and factor in some quick exercises this week and drink water while at work to boost my efforts.
