This week is my last week on the 12 weeks weight loss plan. I have been changed the way I cook and eat, I do not usually cook, but I am very curious when I buy food from shops.

Thanks Laura for you help.

I am seeking any more advice how to continue. I would like to do this plan again with a friend for a challenge. Will it be a good idea to start from the week one again?

The very good news is that I lost 7kgs of the overall 20kg I have to loose to be at the healthy weight.

I would like to say well done for doing the 12 weeks, but keep going! No need to restart just carry on with all you have learnt along the way.

Having completed the 12 weeks, it should begin to feel 'normal'.

The longer you continue the more natural the disciplines will become.

Maybe look at changing or shifting exercise up a gear?

Well done! Keep printing off the weekly sheets if that helps you stay in control, just keep going and you'll get to your 20K target in no time!!

I found it easier to record Myfitnesspal app instead

It is becoming a habit to record what I eat but to the exercises Map myRun always tells to myfitnesspal to recordit
