Don't be disappointed, you may of not lost anything but neither have you put anything on! Try printing off the diary tracker on the NHS site and write down what your having and use the calculator they have, it helped me get on track!

If you've stayed the same then you're so close to losing. Perhaps this week's effort will show on the scales next week but just keep pushing a little harder. Keep doing what you know you need to do. Watch out for extra snacks and over-generous portions at mealtimes. And make sure your dog gets rewarded for his/her hard work taking you out for all those walks
