I'm exploring possible solutions for why I can just about climb up my stairs at the end of the day.

Does the NHS cover saliva tests?

I think the NHS would only cover it if your doctor thought it would be worthwhile. What has your doctor said?

I have had ME in the past and I found that vegEPA did me the world of good. I felt better almost immediately.

Hope you feel better soon.

Hi Alex,

Thx for your reply.

My doctor will not give me any form of vitamin because of my epilepsy.

I will be asking about ADRENAL FATIGUE.

Does "Adrenal fatigue" exist? I'm sure there's a debate going on.

As I understand it, the NHS does not accept saliva tests for this possible condition.

Have you changed what you eat or how much you eat a lot? Perhaps you are not eating enough? Perhaps it's a thyroid problem?

As the previous poster has said, it's a controversial subject.

Hi Janelily there are lots of saliva tests for a wide range of conditions. Often blood tests are more reliable, but it depends what you're looking for. What made you think about adrenal fatigue? Are there any specific vitamins you might be deficient in? Usually a healthy balanced diet provides all the vitamins and minerals we need.

If you are feeling tired all the time this is a useful place to start;
