I have gained this week ,and am not vey happy with myself,appears to be 2lb,I had a week where I over indulged myself ,had loads of meet ups,I could have said no,I didnt so now I have the consequence and have to get back on track,one good thing,I did do a lovely walk from 02 to Deptford way and enjoyed it very much.

At least you know where the gain came from - and you've had a really good walk which you enjoyed, and that will help you on your way to focusing again for this week. That 2 pound gain will hopefully disappear again quickly, and you will be on the losing streak again.

Hi Scrit1, in your shoes I would try very hard not to be too disheartened. Sometimes events are thrown at us one after the other and it is difficult to be as strict as we would like with our calorie intake. You understand why you have gained 2lb and have immediately started to address the issue. Back on track this week and hopefully you will very quickly reverse that gain. Good luck.
We all have weeks like that. As long as you get back on track I'm sure you will soon have it gone again.
We have to live this life forever, so we have to learn how to deal with all it throws at us and have a healthy attitude towards that. You know where you went askew and you sound very positive to put it right.

It's always good to enjoy yourself with friends and family and enjoy the moment your in. I always do as I know that I will get right back on track once all the fun and indulgence is over. This is a journey for life and life is for enjoying so don't deprive yourself of the good times, just get right back to it. It's great to hear that you did just that with a lovely long walk, so really you do know what your doing so beat yourself up.
