I am back from my morning walk, and did another two miles this morning. For it being my first day yesterday, I can say that it was not as great as I wanted it to be. I'll soon to control my will power and beat the sudden urges to over eat. I walked a minute less this morning. One minute is progress, and soon I'll be adding another mile! it's going to suck when I start back with school though.

I was over 14 stone in September, and am now 12 1/2 stone. I've done that through walking and healthy eating. Walking definitely does work. Can't you just go for a walk in the evening when school starts again?

That's really good! On my days I have school, I have classes until ten in the evening, then an hour drive home. On those days, I'm going to find a good place to walk on campus.
I love walking also....perhaps you can walk to school ? Or in your break ?
