I gained a pound. I'm 18st 1lb again and I've lost exactly a stone since the start.
The week was going fine but then i relaxed and I shouldn't have because that led to over eating. I didn't binge, I just had some really hungry days where I just ate and ate and ate whatever was in the house!
Luckily this week I'm back at work and therefore back on track. I'm doing about 60 mins of excessive a night, whether that's dog walking or gym
Not thinking about last week, fresh start

Hi HanPan, I also missed your refreshing dollops of common sense popping up here and there on the site. Hope this week feels more focused, and that being back at work helps with this. 1 lb gain is not so bad, especially if you had several lapse days, I think it shows how good your non-lapse days must have been, and you should take encouragement from that. I find there is something a bit more frustrating about hovering around a stone, going under, then going over again, even if by just a little bit. Lots of us have had that frustration. So I really hope you can get back to seeing 17 at the beginning of your weight in the next week or so, and get back moving in the right direction. Wishing you lots of resolve and determination for the week ahead
