Hi Lynn62, congratulations on completing 12 weeks on the nhs plan. You must remember to celebrate this achievement and all of your weight loss so far on your journey. I know it can be disappointing staying the same but look on the bright side it's better than a gain and you have taken the first step toward a new you. A happier and healthier you and you see now it can be done. I have maintained this week to but I haven't forgot to celebrate what I have lost so far and be happy.

Give yourself the praise you deserve completing this part of your journey, well done hun :-)

Hey if you hadn't started the 12week plan you would have been heavier as it is you have lost weight and are fitter. Well done for completing the initial 12weeks.

Have you considered getting adult stabilisers for your bike? A friend of mine got them because she simply has no balance, but sounds like they'd be a big help to you while you regain strength? Hope you stay on here and continue to see weight loss and increased fitness in the future.

I have another bike I could use its a fold up bike so it's a lot smaller and lighter haven't. Tried riding it yet because of my size I think I will give that a try . And hopefully I will lose some weight next week .
