Hi everybody, this week I have been tempted and I have eaten a Mc 'Donalds meal. OMG I never realized how many calories could contain a fat food like MC meal.

Result I haven't lost any kg this week.

I have been in the plan for only two weeks and I have already tempted and failed.

What do you do for not be attracted to food and keep strong will?

I have taken the advice someone else on here gave and just say to myself - not today. Then I look for a better option and have that instead. I also plan well ahead - if I know I am going out I will be super good for the rest of the dayso I can have curry and chips or a burger! I also plan in "bad food" so I dont feel I am missing out.

I think you can do this but not by will power alone. You also need to plan ahead and share with others-this you are allready doing. You are not alone, you can do this and one Mc meal is not going to be a problem if you can make the changes work for you the rest of the time.

Dont be too hard on yourself, just honest and then move on to the next day!

Are you recording everything you eat on something like the myfitnesspal app? I find its a good way of being honest with myself. Also, when ive had takeaway ive tried to have a healthy version. E.g. I had fish and chips but didn't have the batter round the fish and let my bf take half my chips. If you let yourself have a little bit of what you like then it doesn't feel like such a temptation anymore and becomes easier to resist next time.
