Didn't lose anything this week, I was disappointed as I never went over 1400 calories. I had an average of 1150 a day. But I am going to try better this week and maybe do more exercise.

Hi LynFS,
This happens sometimes, but maintaining is a positive result and your patience will pay off over the course of time. It's always disappointing when you have done everything right and the scales don't reflect all your hard work but stick with it and you'll get the results.
This time I'm losing my weight more slowly, but when I previously lost weight on a low calorie diet I found after the initial couple of weeks I saw a weight loss every other week and the one in between stayed the same so keep going and hopefully you'll see the scale go down next time!
