We sometimes confuse thirst with hunger, are you sure your not dehydrated. Weekends are always the toughest for me because I'm not distracted by being at work,I'd guess it's the same for you. I have to admit than I now, plan little treats for the day (fitting in with my calorie allowance) and then when they're gone they're gone and I have to make do with a cup of tea - I don't take milk orsugar.It has got easier as the weeks have progressed so my body and my brain must be getting used to this weight loss lark!
Brown rice and whole grain pasta contains more fibre and makes you feel fuller for longer, as does protein (makes you feel fuller for longer, not contain fibre!!) and I find a handful of almonds when feeling peckish helps too.... But watch those calories!
And add already mentioned, water.... Lots and lots of water at least 2 litres a day, more of you're working out x
