Anyone ever feel like a hungry hungry hippo?

I'm close to getting to the end of my calories an I'm still feeling hungry.

I'm definitely not eating my feelings and haven't eaten badly today but still I'm awfully hungry.

Anyone else ever feel like this?

What helps ?

I'm trying to change my eating habits but this seems to be my srumbling block always.

Hulp!

We sometimes confuse thirst with hunger, are you sure your not dehydrated. Weekends are always the toughest for me because I'm not distracted by being at work,I'd guess it's the same for you. I have to admit than I now, plan little treats for the day (fitting in with my calorie allowance) and then when they're gone they're gone and I have to make do with a cup of tea - I don't take milk orsugar. It has got easier as the weeks have progressed so my body and my brain must be getting used to this weight loss lark!

Hey,

When I actually stick to my diets water definitely helps me. When I feel hungry still I drink 2-3 glasses of water and I fill a lot fuller.

Hope that helps,

Brown rice and whole grain pasta contains more fibre and makes you feel fuller for longer, as does protein (makes you feel fuller for longer, not contain fibre!!) and I find a handful of almonds when feeling peckish helps too.... But watch those calories!

And add already mentioned, water.... Lots and lots of water at least 2 litres a day, more of you're working out :) x

Marigold stock powder ( the orange one) makes a tasty savoury drink, add a teaspoon of seeds, let them swell and drink, seemed to help me a while ago
