I am 18 years old and weighed myself for the first time in almost a year and a half. I am 200lbs and a size 14 and i want to lose 3 stone to reach 11stone as my goal weight, as i feel that my height and frame can carry it very well. Any help would be welcome.

Welcome to the site, and good luck with your weight loss journey. If you look at the NHS website pages there's a really good 12 week structured plan with lots of information and advice. I'd recommend trying that, it's really good. Also, if you use an app to keep a record of your calorie intake - e.g. Myfitnesspal, then you should find it easier. It's a free app, and it's really good.

I am in the same situation as you. I am 16 and I weigh 206lb. I have tried dieting before but have never had the restraint to maintain it for long enough but I am determined this time. I would like to lose 52lb (nearly 4 stone). Good luck with your diet! xx
