I'm trying to decided what to have eat, I ate a banana this morning and still feel hungry. I'm also craving chocolate but won't dip inside my hot chocolate yet.
2 slices of seeded 400g bread toasted with Nutella on, is that bad?

Yes, that is NOT a healthy snack!
A boiled egg? Some raw veggies or some more fruit would be much better.
(coming from me who had biscuits for breakfast but I do know that was bad and don't want you to fall with me!)
Nutella is mostly sugar, and not much chocolate. Perhaps try a small piece of very dark chocolate to cope with the craving?
Nutella does have chocolate in it. As long as you dont go over board a little now and then isnt too bad, as long as its within moderation and you keep to your calories, do what works best for you. I always allow a sweet treat as im less likely to binge or fall off the wagon that way. Experiment with different sweet things to find what works best, the nakd bars are great, all natural ingredients and only have about 4 things in them, the cocoa orange ones are lush!! Also i use clementines or strawberries for something sweet but healthy. Trial and error to find what works best for you as everyone is different
how about one dark chocolate rice cake (80 calories) with a banana, instead of nutella?
Hi kahlan90, are you eating enough for breakfast, I make porridge add cinnamon & top with some fruit a kiwi or thaw frozen berries, this seems to satisfy my hunger & stops me craving sweet things mid morning.
God awful. If you must have a chocolate spread in the house have philli chocolate flavour, about a 10th of the calories as nutella and not too bad tasting
