Time to take the plunge!

I have an appointment with a nurse on Tuesday, I would of liked Monday better as OCD, and Monday the 1st sounds better but it's fine I can still start on monday. I have started eating better and lower my intake of chocolate but starting monday/Tuesday I will be weigh and start my weightloss Journey begins.

But Tuesday has always been the best day of the week! It's the day I used to get my Bunty comic when I was a child. Hope the nurse is helpful. Well done you for making the appointment.
