Well from hating the dreadmill to loving it 😁 I'm following a plan sent by great north run half marathon training so this week 3x 20 min easy runs and 1x30 min 😀 feeling much better and my calf not aching happy times and get me I can run non stop 20 mins haha who'd have thought it

Iv'e just been on my treadmill for 30 mins i do 2.5 miles and i'm starting to love it too. Only started a month ago and there's no better feeling of the one you get when you have had your shower after your run.

Thanks jh24 it's good stuff was a bit strange at first but once I got the rhythm going not so bad 😀
