I am starting from scratch AGAIN but with new attitude. No goals apart from to stick to the 12 week programme and see after that.they say that all long journeys start with a first step and I have yet to get out of bed so from Monday I will put my best foot forward and see where it takes me, x

Hello mandyflatt, well done on starting again!

I loved your ni goals approach. I have just realised that with every new attempt i make, i set lots and lots of goals.

I have re-evaluated that too. No goals for me.

No pedometer (i wear one daily normally) no counting anything. Today i will remind myself of the healthy habits i want and i will tackle one at a time. Already my mind feels more positive! And...i have lost 2 lbs...bonus.

Good luck, would love to hear how you do!

I have had more false starts than the Grand National so I feel your pain. Good Luck with this time.....I like your goal and think I will adopt it myself! Starting Thursday as Wednesday is my birthday. X
