I lost my step counter yesterday when I was out visiting my mum's grave with my friend yesterday afternoon.
I attached to my belt strap as normal but it must have fallen off at some point and now I feel lost without it.

Oh, it is Misty!
I feel so stressed now.
I lost it while I was out with my friend visiting our mum's graves.
We are both overweight and we both have a problem with anxiety.
I'll have to buy a new step counter to replace the one I lost and I'll try not to lose it again!!!
How're things with you btw?

Did you switch to Fitbit? I really must get round to getting one now my exercise has become part of lifestyle..

I have a Kardia ECG which has packed up,
and a pulse logger which is PC only and will not talk to my Mac,
and I used to use a Polar pulse reader when I cycled.
and I am hoping to start walking, so I would like a step-counter
so I have ordered an Apple Watch 4, which replace all of the above.
The "activity" on my iPhone records steps, but does not know the difference between walked distance and powerchair distance.
I use my Apple Watch to count my steps
