Just did my 4th workout of the week. High intensity Interval cardio training on the bike, xtrainer and treadmill along with 4 rounds of HITT circuit training which includes lat pull down, squats and squat jumps, sit ups and oblique sit ups, press ups, walking lunges, plank and side plank and bunny hops over the bench (not as easy as it sounds)
I was so not in the mood to workout when I finished work but I'm soooo glad I did it
