I was going to be fit when I was 40; didn' make it. I was going to be fit when I was 50; I didn't make it. I was going to be fit when I was 60; still didn't make it. So I waited till I was 66 and thought I'd better do something serious about it. 2 months ago this huffing and puffing granny just about managed W1R1, 2 and 3 with some walks where I should have been running and today completed the programme with 3 x 35 minute runs this week. What a feeling. I plan to celebrate with Wine and Brie, I am in France (after the water and banana) and consider "What Next". I have no idea how far my runs are but not really bothered about that. So thank you for the support from this forum and keep on running!
