Hi Everyone
Before I start I just want to say a big thank you to all of you who have been supportive and encouraging to me, as some of you understand starting out a weight loss plan can be overwhelming and scary but I have to say it really helps to here other people's views. Any I Just did my third workout in a row which included high interval training using the treadmill, bike and xtrainer with 3 rounds of high intensity circuit training which was lat pull down, squats and jump squats, sit ups and oblique sit ups, press ups, walking lunges, plank, side plank and tricep dips.
