Easter week done and no weight gain

Well weighed in today and although I'd had three days off for Easter and a visit to a friend on Saturday I've maintained my weight this week so pleased with that. Whilst I haven't taken any weight off I've not put any on either but my belly feels less bloated this morning so that's a real positive. Think I'm retraining my brain to make healthier choices. Here's to week 7 and a loss next week.

Good luck to everyone out there on the 12 week plan.
