Week one done!

Hi I'm at the end of week one and have lost 3lb! Quite pleased with that but seems along way to go to lose the 2stone I'd like! The hardest thing I've found is not finishing off the kids left overs,I hate to see it wasted but will have to stay strong. Think next week will be harder but we will see!

Hey well done 3lbs is great!!! Rather than looking at 2st to lose break it down into smaller goals if you set yourself a goal of 7lbs at a time so much more manageable and doesnt feel like the distant future if that makes sense?? If you are worried about leftovers could you turn then into soup or something for another meal maybe? Or create a compost heap in the garden and use them to create rich soil for your garden?? Good luck with week 2

Hi, 3lb is a great loss, well done!! 🎉🎉 keep up the good work, you will get to your goal, but maybe don't think about it as the 21st, break it down into smaller ones, half a stone is only 4lb away! Stay strong and good luck with week 2 🌸

That's a great start! Just think if you lose just 1lb as week you'll reach your goal before Christmas. Think my maths is right!

Well done on your loss of 3 lbs, you are off to a good start. It does take time for the weight to come off as it did when you put it on. I used to find it hard not to finish off the kids left overs too and had to talk myself out of eating it, " don't do it, put it in the bin " it was just a habit. Now I don't even give it a second thought. I use a food recycle bin so instead of seeing the food as being wasted you can recycle it and it gets put to good use in other ways instead of in our tummys :-)

Good luck on your journey
