Hi I am starting the nhs diet after doing it successfully last year....then as always lost the plot and put it all back on again I have tried all diet clubs but find them expensive and hard to do with my food intolerances. I know this plan works but have been fighting starting it but today I am on it and inspired.
I'm doing it on my own, but every day I enter the site and read the posts to stay focused. It's working for me.

I'm following the NHS 12 week weight loss plan and using MyFitnessPal alongside it to count calories, coming to the end of week 7 and have lost 1stone 😊
