Easter meltdown

I may have (accidentally) scoffed a whole 100g bag (610 unholy calories) of Lindt mini chocolate eggs, I know I should feel guilty but they tasted so good and hey! It's easter

You are so naughty! I am jealous as I told everyone not to buy me an egg and everyone listened. What sort of family and friends are they? Ha Ha.

I've bought myself an egg and slowly munching my way though it. You have to have a bit of what you fancy now and again just not everyday. Make a few adjustments throughout the week to make up for it if you feel you should - I have quite a big egg so I know I will have to. Enjoy the rest of your Easter!

There is a wonderful scene in the film eat, pray, love where liz tells her friend she has no interest in being obese but she is tired of worrying over every calorie so she knows how much loathing to take into the shower with her each night. I agree totally! You indulged and guess what your ok!! Enjoy the moment then get back on track and you will still succeed. Happy easter

I just hate it when those sort of "accidents" happen, been there, done that but as you say it is easter so just relax and enjoy then get back on track the next day. Maybe go for a walk to use up some of those calories.
