Well done. Don' t forget "slow but steady wins the race" . Last year I weighed 11st 12 that was 2 stone overweight. I now weigh 9st 12 having lost 1 lb some weeks, 0.5 some weeks, 0 some weeks. If you get a plateau or even gain a couple pounds DONT GIVE UP...continue with your calorie counting (I swear by myfitnesspal ) and you will get there ! Most importantly, by taking it slowly you'll train yourself to want less and will be able to kerp the weight off.
