Day three of holiday

Well been on the canal for 3 days. I chose not to weigh myself before I left home so that can wait until my return. I have been using MyMapWalk and have been doing 4 miles walk a day along the canal towpath. I have also reduced my calorie intake on meals I can easily control so I have a bit more available if we have a treat.
